Shipping policy

Conditions for free delivery:

Innovation CPAP offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 in Canada, except for the following provinces: Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories. However, if the shipping cost exceeds the order value, Innovation CPAP reserves the right to cancel the order.

Delivery fees for orders up to $149,99 are $13 for Quebec and Ontario

For the following provinces: Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, British Columbia, and Alberta, delivery fees are $25 for orders up to $149,99.

Delivery time:

The delivery time is a minimum of 3 to 10 business days, depending on the region, temperature, product availability, and special orders. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday only (except holidays).
