RETURN POLICY
Conditions:
We do not accept refunds or exchanges for purchases made more than 30 days ago.
If your purchase was made 30 days ago or less, you may request a return if:
The item is unused.
The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
The packaging is unopened and the Innovation CPAP merchant seal is not broken or peeled off.
You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
**All CPAP devices are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Important:
Do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Any missing components not attributable to Innovation CPAP may result in a partial refund, provided that all other return conditions are met.
Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the package and informing you whether the refund is approved or denied.
If approved, a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Please ensure you have received the correct product before opening the packaging and breaking the seal.
Return Fees and Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
In case of a refund, return shipping fees may be deducted from the total.
For any item valued over $75, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Innovation CPAP cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Coverage
At Innovation CPAP, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you notice a defect or malfunction in a product, please inform us immediately.
All warranties begin on the delivery date and apply only to the original purchaser. They are non-transferable.
During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions under normal use, the manufacturer may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the device or defective components.
Warranty Duration:
Warranty periods may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the user manual for warranty terms specific to each product. If the warranty period is not specified in the manual, please contact us at: info@innovationcpap.com

**Exception: ResMed AirTouch memory foam cushions are covered for 7 days (or 1 month depending on the model).

Return Fees:
If a product must be returned for a warranty claim, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
LIMITATIONS
This limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
Improper use: Any use not in accordance with the instructions or normal operating conditions outlined in the user manual.
Abuse: Any form of overuse or extreme misuse of the product.
Modification or alteration: Any unauthorized changes or interventions that alter the original characteristics of the product.
