Your personal information may be transferred outside Quebec for the specific purposes mentioned in this Policy.
5. Length of time personal information is retained
Innovation CPAP retains personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and to comply with our legal and ethical obligations. Thus, as of the date of the last service rendered, the personal information contained therein is archived and may be destroyed after the expiration of a period of five (5) years.
